Integrators | Customer Assurance Revenue Sharing
Video Insight offers a world class technical support and software maintenance program to its customers through the Customer Assurance Plan (CAP). We are now offering our Premium Systems Integrators the opportunity to participate in the recurring revenue generated by CAP. By participating in CAP and by registering their customers with Video Insight, our integrators ensure that their customers receive excellent support as well as all software updates and upgrades.

Pricing
One year of CAP is included with all Video Insight software when the Premium System Integrator registers the end user customer at the time of purchase. Subsequent years of CAP can be purchased by the end user customer. If the Premium System Integrator does not register the end user customer at the time of purchase, the end user will only receive 60 days under CAP. If, after the expiration of CAP, the end user does not purchase CAP within 60 days, and then subsequently decides to purchase CAP, the end user customer will be required to pay twice the standard cost.
Revenue Sharing
- Video Insight will enter into a contract guaranteeing revenue sharing to the Premium System Integrator.
- As part of the CAP, Video Insight will periodically ship updates to the end user. To ensure accurate shipments, the Premium System Integrator agrees to provide Video Insight with the end users mailing address.
- To alleviate the burden of invoicing for the integrator, Video Insight will bill the end user annually for their CAP.
- Video Insight will then forward 50% of the CAP fees to the integrator within 30 days of the receipt of payment.
